Damage that is visible in photos we do not note in description. Unless noted NO damage. All items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, missing stitches, etc. for their age. Measurements on paintings, pictures and prints are image size, paintings, pictures and prints that are in frames have not been examined outside the frame. Bracelets measurements are inside circumference, width, opening. Weight on jewelry includes stones, leather from Concho belts and bolos removed when possible.

Shipping charges are per lot! Shipping amount is in items description. These charges are for the Unites states only. Outside the United States there will be additional shipping on top of the fees listed in items description. Charges are for packing materials, insurance and shipping. Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. All items that are insurable will be insured. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.
