At the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot and assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Neither the consignor nor R. G. Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute.
Absentee and phone bids must be sent by mail or faxed on the R.G. Munn Auction llc bid form. No bids will be take over the phone with out this form.
Absentee bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person, at no additional cost. Write-in bids must be accompanied by a credit card.

Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged.
